When a ballerina gets married, one expects big skirts, lots of drama, and oodles & oodles of ballet pink. This Colorado wedding, the wedding of a former ballerina, is just that. From the gorgeous pink flowers, courtesy of the ever-amazing Cori Cook Floral Design, to the tutu-esque bridesmaid's dresses, every little moment of this wedding, captured by Gaston Photography, is... Romantic Brisbane Wedding from SugarLove Weddings

Four. Count 'em, four fabulous dresses in this Brisbane affair. As if I wasn't drooling enough over those amazingly romantic flowers, or the killer reception décor (the lighting? are you kidding me?) this supermodel-esque bride has four completely envy-enducing dresses. The wedding, as seen by SugarLove Weddings, has so many steel worthy deets from The Style Salon, that... [MORE]

Anemones, peonies, and roses - oh my! This California wedding, captured by Darin Fong Photography, features the most amazing, most scrumptious, most beautiful florals from Isari Flower Studio. We love them, and just had to share with you. The wedding, which took place at a private residence, features a sweet color palette complete with ballet-wearing flower girls. Swoon! [MORE]

Colorado Springs Wedding from Sapphire Celebrations

June 28th. 2011 by Mallory | 7 comments

So often we get caught up in the pretty florals, or the gorgeous venue, or the bridesmaids, sweetly dressed and lined up in a row. And believe me, here at SMP, those little details are what get our hearts racing faster than a third cup of coffee. But this wedding, photographed by Hannah Photography, is more than just the beyond amazing design - from one of our favorites... [MORE]

South Africa Wedding by Otto Schulze Photographers

South Africa is on the top of my list of places I want to get to at least once in my lifetime.  This amazing, handcrafted wedding by Otto Schulze Photographers certainly does not deter me from that dream.  It seriously ranks up there as one of the most crush-worthy, creative nuptials ever.  There are so many pretty little pieces tucked into each corner and every tree branch.  I can't believe how many projects they... June 9th. 2010 by Eddye | 19 comments

We all LOVE a great DIY wedding! No news flash there. But a DIY wedding at the Park Plaza in LA? Seems an unlikely venue for a hands-on kind of bride! But, just you wait and see what Liz did ... images courtesy of Kim Fox Photography from Amber at... [MORE]

From Inspiration to Reality: The Design, III

April 9th. 2010 by Abby Larson | 7 comments

My favorite part of these inspiration shoots is knowing that the ideas that look so beautiful in the photographs, are actually REAL steal-able inspirations that you can incorporate into your own wedding. Even if you can't set up pretty picnic tables outside, you can still collect vintage vases and fill them with pretty Spring hues. Even if you aren't sure if the sun will be shining on your big day, you can still bring in elements you love and use them in unconventional ways to make your day... [MORE]

Real Wedding – Sasha Souza Events, Brooke and Mark, III

August 26th. 2008 by Abby Larson | 9 comments

Continuing on with the real wedding by Sasha Souza Events! *** Because April brings unpredictable weather, cocktails were held in a clear tent on the grounds of the winery.  Guests were treated to a variety of specialty hors d’oeuvres such as lobster cones with caviar, chilled pea soup with crab stuffed green peas and cheve wine country wontons with apricot dipping sauce – they also indulged on cheese... Real Wedding – Sasha Souza Events, Brooke and Mark, II

August 26th. 2008 by Abby Larson | 3 comments

Here is a bit more from Sasha Souza Events... The bride’s gown is couture Vera Wang with hand sewn crystals accented under the first layer of tulle and along the waist. It was a traditional a-line gown but the crystals underneath gave it just the right amount of sizzle. The flower girls wore petite garlands of baby spray roses and carried kissing balls to match but the mother’s carried very petite nosegays down the aisle... [MORE]
