Hudson Valley Wedding by Carla Ten Eyck

I am a lover of all things rustic chic, so when this charming Hudson Valley affair popped up on my computer screen, I could barely contain my glee.  Because not only is this lovely fête boasting some serious rustic goodness (along with darling DIY details and a cute as can be yellow and blue color scheme), but the oh-so-fabulous reception was all held in one uber-gorgeous barn.  Awesome.  And with Erik Maziarz of Carla Ten Eyck on hand... This Canadian couple has known and loved each other for eleven years. Voted Cutest Couple and Prom King & Queen of their high school meant they had quite a bit of hype to live up to when it came to their big day. And live up to the hype the did - from the three dress changes for the bride, the custom suit for the groom, the amazing stationery suite from PALETTERA Custom Correspondence, the perfect autumn ambiance, and the plethora of... Farmhouse Inn Wedding by Melissa Schollaert Photography

I'm loving the soft color palette of this pretty, farm wedding. The flowers, the dresses, the cute-as-can-be gingham bow ties on the adorable aisle attendants, they go together so sweetly! This wedding also has a lot of history as well...the bride chose to rock some pretty fab earrings that were passed down from the 1800's and the ring bearer pillow was handmade by the groom's mother from her very own wedding gown. How special! [MORE]
