Barn Wedding by Andrea Murphy Photography

September 13th. 2011 by Aimée | 49 comments

This adorable and lucky couple knew the moment they decided to have their wedding at his family's barn that they had made the right decision and would have a unique day filled with loads and loads of DIY  details that really spoke to who they are as a couple. And what more could they really ask for? The tables, adorned with milk glass, mason jars and old literature books, made for the perfect, personal tablescape and can we just pause for a moment and talk about how fabulous those pink... Tulsa Barn Wedding from Zinke Design + Candi Coffman

September 7th. 2011 by Mallory | 7 comments

I will never, ever tire of beautiful weddings in barns. They hold a special spot in my heart. So when Zinke Design sent over a wedding in a barn, in my current home state, my little fingers couldn't open it up fast enough. The Tulsa wedding was exactly what I was hoping for - rustic, beautiful, sunny, and warm, with the perfect touch of the DIY. Captured by... [MORE]

White Wedding by Josh McCullock and Gibson Events

May 17th. 2010 by Abby Larson | 23 comments

When I was little, my parents took me to visit my aunt, who happened to live in a perfect apartment right on the Boston Commons. An all white, absolutely perfect apartment right on the Boston Commons. I fell in love. Not with the apartment really, but with the idea of dressing my world in white. And ever since then, that is exactly what I have done. White winter coats, white furniture, white purses, shoes, pants, even white sofas. Gasp. So when I saw this white inspired wedding shoot sent to... [MORE]

Oklahoma Wedding by Aaron Snow II

February 18th. 2010 by Erin | 22 comments

If modern and rustic were to have a love child, this delightful wedding would be it. It has all of the perfect ingredients: a cotton farm with rolling fields, hay bales, smores, contemporary sofas and a dance party complete with multicolored lights. Did I mention the smores? I could stare at these dreamy images from Aaron Snow all day long. Love, love, love. Some of the wonderful vendors... [MORE]

Oklahoma Wedding by Aaron Snow

February 18th. 2010 by Erin | 17 comments

I've never ventured to Oklahoma but after pouring over the images from today's wedding, I think I am in need of a visit. The fields alone are enough to make me book a ticket. They definitely don't make them like that in Southern California. Do we even have fields? Aaron Snow was the man behind the camera and managed to capture all of the lovely, lovely details of Melissa and TD's day. To say the wedding is gorgeous is... [MORE]

Traditional Affair in Tulsa, III

July 9th. 2009 by Abby Larson | 4 comments

After the ceremony, the couple held a fun cocktail party followed by a pretty incredible reception. It was all about the celebration and you can see from the candids of the guests that everyone was having a blast. I love that...a beautiful, sweet ceremony followed by an all out party. Duston Todd is the genius behind the photographs, shooting the wedding entirely in film.  An approach that is incredibly (and sadly) rare these... [MORE]

Traditional Affair in Tulsa, II

July 9th. 2009 by Abby Larson | 10 comments

Let me tell you a little bit about this couple. They had actually been married a full year before they decided to exchange vows publicly at their home in Tulsa with their closest friends and family. I know, if I had that home, I'd host a pretty killer wedding too. But here's the special part...they obviously have a huge wedding budget. So much so that they decided to forgo all the bells and whistles and instead use their wedding funds to build a water well in an African community. Yep, not... [MORE]

Traditional Affair in Tulsa

July 9th. 2009 by Abby Larson | 17 comments

I am not sure what I love most about today's featured wedding that Duston Todd sent us. It could be that the couple is so ridiculously gorgeous that it's hard NOT to fall in love with each and every picture. Oh and the dress, the shoes, the cute groom...it's all kind of perfect. But I think that what I love most, are the absolutely STUNNING, all film photographs. Photographs that are literally some of the most spectacular... [MORE]
