Thank you so very much to the fabulously talented team at Carla Ten Eyck for sending us today’s first featured wedding. It was absolutely lovely and such a treat to start our day with. And of course, to the lovely bride and groom who gave us a little window into their day…so, SO inspiring!

Vintage Wedding with Handmade Details

October 8th. 2009 by Abby Larson | 16 comments

This is one of those weddings that is just as sweet as it could possibly be. The bride is perfection, the style is a little bit vintage, a little bit pure elegance. The details are thoughtful and incredibly lovely and the feel of total, unabashed romance seams to be tucked inside every photograph. And of course, the images that the forever talented team at Carla Ten Eyck including Michael Romano, Katie Slater and Nicole Taylor,...

I fell hard for this wedding the minute I laid eyes on it…something about the chic, totally unexpected style tucked into a warm and rustic environment. It’s enough to send any girl clear over the edge. Photographed by Stephanie Fay, this wedding is one for the books!

DIY Inspired Wedding in Oregon, II

September 4th. 2009 by Abby Larson | 5 comments

There is just something about a DIY inspired wedding. Knowing that the bride, the groom, the friends, the family members all took time to craft a wedding with their own hands is well, lovely. No matter what your budget, no matter how large your vendor list…it’s always nice to have a little bit of handmade charm.

Allie and Josh’s wedding was all about the DIY....
