Sometimes I can’t believe I get to stare at gorgeous weddings like this one from Clean Plate Pictures at Montauk Club of Brooklyn and call it my job. I literally have to pinch myself from time to time. And today is one of those pinch myself days. Because this wedding is the definition of perfect, from the Bride’s gorgeous Sue Wong gown right down to the stunning reception and everything in between – and you can see all the pretty right here.
From Clean Plate Pictures… Kara and Scott’s wedding was amazing! It was my first time shooting at The Montauk Club of Brooklyn and I’m in love with the 19th Century Venetian Gothic building, plus it really fit their style. Kara and Scott are such a relaxed, happy couple and the day was full of fun quirks, including the bluesy, neo-folk 5-piece band during the reception, the delicious hot sauce and honey covered Fried Chicken and Pug cake toppers. And even after a wedding dress mishap Kara was able to find a beautiful dress only a couple of weeks before the wedding. These two are so sweet. I’m so glad that they had me along for the day. It was so much fun!
