There’s an entire world of lovely happening in this sweet Long Island affair. It starts with the prettiest bouquet you’ll ever lay your eyes upon from Thorn Bird Floral Boutique and continues right on down to a laid-back waterside ceremony and a fabulous reception filled with crazy cool colors and a nautical theme. In other words? It’s amazing. See every moment captured by Khaki Bedford in the full gallery.
From Khaki Bedford Photography… This is a beautiful fall wedding of a surfer/chef and his bride in East Quogue, New York. Before joining himself in marriage to Briana, Scott’s last bachelor acts were the exilaration of surfing the waves in the early morning and using his chef skills to grill for the wedding party and vendors. Prior to the ceremony, the couple’s first look involved a surf board followed by family portraits on the beach. Their love of the sea was further evidenced in the nautical navy blue and white color scheme and the oceanside setting for their exchange of vows. Pops of hot pink were found throughout the wedding from Briana’s gorgeous bouquet, to the groom’s socks, to the table centerpieces, to the sailboats and anchors printed on the escort cards. The reception began with a raw bar of oysters, shrimp, and sushi, followed by dinner and a night of dancing and celebrating. A gelato truck ended the night with special treats for all. The guests wished Briana and Scott smooth sailing ahead!
