There are so many glamy glam details in this New York wedding that instantly captured our attention but the detail that captured our hearts? The fashion! Holy cow, the fashion, the dress, the tuxedo…we are falling for it all. And it marries so nicely with the rest of this city chic affair. DM Events lent their eye for perfect details and whipped up one fabulous party and Meredith Davenport of Christian Oth Studio was there to capture all of the gorgeous images. This is definitely a dream team and a dream wedding if we ever saw one. See more from this G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S wedding in the gallery.

September weddings are usually filled with color palettes of red and orange or pink and brown, but this New York City based couple wanted to stay true to their style with shades of deep purple, magenta and black. The Palm House at Brooklyn Botanic Gardens set the glamorous tone for this city soiree!
The first step was to conquer the flowers. We knew they had to be grand, especially when you are celebrating your nuptials in the oasis of a city garden! The arrangements, by Zeze, featured lush purple hydrangeas and pink and purple roses. The bride’s bouquet was utterly stunning, filled with deep purple calla lilies and black feathers, adding another touch of glam to the evening. The botanic themed stationery from Ceci NY was the perfect complement to the nature blooms that filled the room.
Sarah and Colin knew that the key to their city affair was to keep the guests partying – and when Jason Fioto spins, it is always a party to remember! What could be more glamorous than a decadent cake and dessert bar, perfected by Nine Cakes. Attire was not overlooked by this swanky couple – they were decked out from head to toe! From the diamonds on the bride’s dress to the velvet of the groom’s tuxedo blazer – one glance at this hip couple and you know they’re made for each other!

Beautiful... love the deep purple!
I adore this color palette and that GOWN! To die for!
Can you tell me where to get that gorgeous hair clip? The whole affair is stunning! LOVE the dress!
Yes! Yes! I would like to know where to find that hair piece as well. Thanks!
Ditto on needing to know where the hair clip is from...also could you let us know where the to-die-for purse is from as well?
Yes the hair clip! I'm looking for something similar - it's beautiful!
Fantastic, rich colors! Amazing gown!
Sarah was an amazing bride to work with. I very much enjoyed beautifying her and her bridal party for the big day! Nice to see a familiar face on SMP!!!
The style and design of the wedding is marvelous!!!
Meredith of Christian Oth Studio is so talented. This is stunning!
That dress is amazing. I'm a major Jenny Packham fan.
Can you please tell me the recipe that they used for the drink in the champagne glasses...we are using a deep purple in our wedding as well and the color of the drink would be perfect to have at our wedding!
Love that gorgeous bouquet & love that amazing dress even more!
I want her dress, the cake, and the table arrangements.
LOVE DM Events! :)
Also, Great photography!
Lovely photos and dress to. I really like your blog.
Can anyone please tell me where I can purchase/find the groom's purple velvet blazer?
love the purple! don't think I could get my future hubby in the blazer, but that would be fun! :)
seriously glamorous! love her gown.
Oh how lovely! I am gaga for the gown.
love her hairclip - looking for someone similar does anyone know where he come from???
It's rare that you see a wedding gown with so much bling AND such an ethereal feel (the skirt is just so light and airy!). What a lovely juxtaposition of elements! I love!!
Thanks everyone for the great comments. Sarah's hair clip is by Paris purchased from Mark Ingram and her purse is vintage purchased from a boutique in Williamsburg. It was such a pleasure working on this glamorous day!
I love everything about this wedding. It's stunning. Even down to the pictures of the bride getting ready by the marble fireplace. Can you tell me where that took place? Thanks!
Still one of my favorite weddings. The style is impeccable and I'm such a purple + calla lilies + blingy glamour fan. And the groom looks smashing!
