This Wedding Proves That Everyone Needs a Floral Wearing Pup

Ya’ll how adorbs is Blair and Grantham’s fur baby Bambi?! I’m in LOVE and that’s just the start. A classic Estate celebration filled with soft florals, amazing neutrals, a dreamy four-tiered cake (YUM!) and one luxe gown? There’s a lot to adore from this fete. It’s the ultimate setting for the perfect celebration and we’ve got it all captured by Michael And Carina Photography in The Vault!

From Michael And Carina PhotographyBlair and Grantham married at the gorgeous Keswick Hall Estate near Charlottesville, Virginia. Soft florals and a neutral color palette accompanied extravagant details, like the dreamy four-tier cake., the couple’s English bulldog was also part of the wedding. She even walked down the aisle at the ceremony and had its own little cameo at the bottom of the wedding cake! Blair’s luxurious wedding gown matched the setting perfectly. Her undone braided hairstyle made her look like a real princess! The night ended with a sparkler farewell.

This Vineyard Picnic E-sesh is Everything

Having had experienced the magic that is Charlottesville I totally get why these Californians opted for a vineyard e-sesh there. For not only can I can attest to how incredibly captivating this place is, it’s also got wine that is simply put: delish. Thanks Hedge Fine Blooms and Top Knot Studio for creating the pretty, because we’ve got this e-sesh from Michael and Carina Photography to share. See it all in The Vault!

From Michael and Carina PhotographyFor thousands of years, wine has been associated with romance – and no wonder! Rachele and Justin’s love of wines is matched only by their love of each other. It was such a joy to photograph their engagement session at Keswick Vineyards, one of our favorite wineries & locations in Virginia!

From The Bride…Justin proposed in San Francisco and we spent our engagement weekend celebrating in Napa Valley, so I wanted to have our engagement photos taken on a vineyard to tie it all together! We went to the rustic yet very elegant Keswick Vineyards in Charlottesville, VA where we started off with a wine picnic (something Justin & I love to do together). Everything in our picnic was from a local Charlottesville market that we picked up that day, including the bouquet made by a local florist. Another detail that I love when looking at the photos is the wine corks on the cheese knives are meaningful to us – one is from the bottle we had in San Francisco the day we got engaged, and the other is from a bottle we brought back from Napa and shared with our parents to celebrate our engagement! It was important for us to include some extra meaningful details into our pictures. We had a great time turning our engagement session into a date together and truly had so much fun, although I’m sure the wine helped!

Charlottesville, Virginia Wedding from Aaron Watson Photography

If you’ve ever wondered how adorable a baby in a kilt would be, you’re about to get your answer, and I’ll give you a hint… it doesn’t even fall on a normal cuteness scale. Way too adorable. The kiltwearer himself attended a wedding captured by Aaron Watson Photography, and we’re kind of (okay, totally) blown away by how beautiful the soiree, complete with dining under the Virginia stars, is.

From the photographer… When coming up with a vision of her wedding, it was simple for Rebecca to narrow down what she wanted—good music, delicious food and beautiful June weather. Her prayers were answered when her wedding day was welcomed with sunshine, lush green grass and vibrant-colored summer flowers. She coined her wedding as a “vintage garden party,” with white flowers everywhere.

Rebecca and Ian chose to hold their wedding at the Keswick Hall in Charlottesville, Virginia which completed their vintage garden theme. The historic home is stunning on its own, but with a backdrop of its picturesque rolling hills and Blue Ridge Mountains, makes it a breathtaking ceremony and reception space.

These newlyweds were sure to add plenty of personal touches throughout their wedding. One aspect in particular they put a lot of thought into was their music. They spent a great amount of time looking for and selecting their music for the night. As a result, everyone enjoyed a long night of dancing the night away. There were also many DIY touches such as personalized menus and programs. They even gave guests their own welcome bags made out of rustic brown paper bags filled with their favorite childhood treats ranging from Ohio-style buckeye candies, to Canadian rooted maple candies.

The couple happens to share the same favorite wedding memory, which is having a brief “first look” before the ceremony started. Although some consider this breaking tradition, Rebecca and Ian valued their quick peaceful moment together before embarking on their marriage.
