Let me tell you a little something about the Stein Eriksen Lodge: it’s awesome. It’s the kind of place where you can say “I do” against a breathtaking snow-filled backdrop, then celebrate those nuptials with a rockin’ party, dancing ’til dawn totally included. And when it hosts a gorgeous affair like this one captured by Cory Ryan, well… watch out, loves. See so much more right here.

From Cory Ryan Photography… Park City, Utah is such a magical place for a destination wedding photographer (especially a Texas photographer)! On Missy and Garrett’s wedding day, little snowflakes glistened through the sun as they fell from the sky onto the stunning grounds of Stein Eriksen Lodge, making for the most picture-perfect snowy wonderland.
Missy wore a white fur cropped jacket over her dress to stay warm (maybe also with the help of Garrett’s flask of Fireball Whiskey- ha!), while the ladies all had furs in shades of brown to compliment their floor-length plum dresses. Missy also wore her grandmother’s antique sapphire necklace.
The flowers were spiked with green succulents, deep purple calla lilies, and winter berries. Guests were greeted with the stunning snowy mountain views off the Flagstaff Deck, and hand warmers wrapped in burlap bags for the wintery weather. After the sweet ceremony, punctuated with laughs by Garrett’s swinging his Steeler’s Terrible Towel, the festivities moved indoors to the brand new ballroom. The modern floral centerpieces played off the winter bouquet colors, with tones of gold thrown in. Missy and Garrett went straight into their first dance, followed by a very emotional father-daughter dance. The live band and DJ got the party hopping after dinner, and got everyone from toddler twins to grandpa out on the dance floor! It was such an honor to be included in such an amazing day!!! Big congrats Missy & Garrett!

If I’m speechless as I gaze upon these gorgeous images, I can’t even imagine how guests felt as they stepped into this garden party wonderland. Artisan Bloom created stunning works of art for this wedding, with Soiree Productions leading the way. Pepper Nix captured every beautiful moment and you too can get lost in this floral fantasy right this way.

From Artisan Bloom…Gorgeous couple, gorgeous setting and gorgeous flowers make for a (you guessed it!) GORGEOUS wedding. Kylie and David chose the beautiful Mountain Terrace at St. Regis in Deer Valley Utah to exchange their vows among their closest family and friends. Stunning views overlooking Park City created a memorable backdrop for a custom created chuppah constructed from local aspen trunks. A color palette of soft sunset tones, soft earth tones and pale greens complimented the natural palette inspired by the Wasatch Mountains.
Fresh summer dahlias, vintage garden roses, honeysuckle and hydrangea were incorporated throughout the Mountain lawn and tented patio terrace. A clear glass tent adorned with crystal chandeliers and tiny bistro lights kept guests celebrating under the stars.

Mountain weddings speak to me. Blame it on the blues and purples and greens of the landscape, but they are my jam. Which makes this wedding, from Gideon Photography, right up there with all of my favorite weddings ever. Especially with the stunning floral design from Honey Of A Thousand Flowers!
From Gideon Photography… Virginia and Joe had the perfect end of Summer wedding atop the mountains of Deer Valley above Park City Utah. The views were awe inspiring, the weather a bit scary at first, but cleared up just enough for a rainbow as the couple walked up the aisle. Guest came from all over the US to join this very special couple and celebrate their union. Laura Wright Events not only designed the perfect day but made sure everything went off without a hitch.
