Wow. I am starting off this intro with one word and one word only, because there is really no other way to describe this day. Well… I guess I could say that it’s chock-full of sparkles with contemporary meets classic details as far as the eyes can see. Or that the bride is crazy gorgeous and her gown from Galleria Couture Perth is beyond dreamy. OR that the setting is a stunning (+ breathtaking) private estate masterpiece. And, of course, I must mention that Natasja Kremers captured every last moment perfectly… because the gallery? It’s a serious must-see. Join me there for all of the pretty.

From Natasja Kremers… An elegant Perth, Western Australian wedding. New Year’s Eve and a super hot day. The ceremony was at St. Patricks in Fremantle and the reception at Pri’s uncle’s estate in the hills suburb of Byford. Stunning property and perfectly decorated where the guests dined on lobster and Moet and danced the cooler night away.
Elena and Pri wanted to really spoil their guests and treat them to a mini get away. Buses picked up and delivered guests. Very lovely sweet couple out to have the day of their dreams. As their photographer it was amazing to have been a part of it all.

While this wedding is seriously beautiful, it’s the sweet duo saying I do that first made me stop. Because in each image from I Heart Weddings, they look like the happiest people on the planet. They have this sparkle in their eyes like they can’t wait a minute more to take on the world together, and I happen to love every bit of that. Of course, the icing on the cake is that their wedding was equally lovely, leaving us with a gallery worth swooning over. See it all here!

From The Bride… Ben and I met through mutual friends in our hometown of Fremantle in 2005. After being together for 5 years, 1.5 of which were spent traveling the world, Ben took me on a picnic to Serpentine Falls, where he proposed. We didn’t want a long engagement, and we wanted a fuss-free wedding for ourselves, our family and our friends — no destination wedding here! Being from Fremantle, we chose to have it The Crowded House in South Fremantle and for photos to take place at South Beach in South Fremantle. I wanted the wedding to have a very personal vibe and to be a good reflection of our taste and style, and so we handmade the invitations and decorations, did the flowers ourselves and put together a lolly buffet as thanks to all our guests. The focus was on great food and excellent cocktails, as well as creating a laid-back and love-filled atmosphere for all who attended.
