Homemade Mint Marshmallows

Would you judge me if I told you that up until a year ago the idea of mint and chocolate combined totally repulsed me? I'm not sure what's changed since, but now? Well now I can't seem to get enough of the idea. And I'm fairly confident these mint marshmallows need to be mine. Immediately. Can you think of anything better atop your hot cocoa? I didn't think so! Photography: Jana Carson | Recipes/catering: ...

Homemade Strawberry Milk

How good is strawberry milk? And how gross is that stuff that you pour into it with 15 unidentifiable ingredients. So we gave this favorite treat a little SMP makeover with fresh strawberries, real sugar and a touch of vanilla. And the result? Not sure, it was gone in about 6 seconds.

Pink Ombré Cake with Strawberry Mascarpone Frosting

February calls for pink Valentine goodness. A simple vanilla cake turns a little fancy with ombré layers and a delicious strawberry mascarpone frosting. I also added to the cuteness by baking this cake in 6 inch pans and adding tiny nonpareil to the top of the cake. Baking this in six inch panes allows for 3 layers of pink goodness. For more recipes, head on over to Audrey’s! *NOTE: And if you don't want to bother making the cake...

Miniature 3 Layer Cakes

Okay I lied. I said that the tacos were my favorite thing from our Anti-Super Bowl Party. But really, it was these little beauties. Because every person that put one of these cakes into their mouth had a smile the size of Texas. Plus they were a total snap to make using boxed cake mix and pre-made frosting. Cheat-cut in its finest form.

Blackberry Basil Swirl Pound Cake

Be forewarned: this is not your grandmother's pound cake. No siree.
