Have you planned your Thanksgiving table yet? I thought I had mine all squared away but this welcome dinner crafted by Luke And Cat Photography + Lean On Me Events for the Life And Craft Workshop is giving me pause. It's just so stinkin pretty. The bistro lights and the infusion of classic autumnal colors, the gold menu, even the kale centerpieces by Carter's Florist. I'm ready for a total Thanksgiving decor overhaul and it's sure to look a little something like this...minus the gorgeous weather.

Houston wedding creatives came together to style the welcome dinner for the Life & Craft Workshop, a luxury 3 day workshop for photographers and business owners that takes place on a Texas ranch.

The vision for this dinner was a four course meal to be served al fresco in the front yard of the workshop hosts' 100 year old farmhouse. If you've seen the television show Parenthood, talking, dining, and laughing under bistro lights as the sun goes down is the experience we wanted to create for our workshop attendees.

The warm tones of autumn served as the inspiration for the table, which included deep walnut farmhouse tables, flowing textured florals, and accents of copper, brass, and gold throughout the dinnerware. A table highlight was the copper menus, etched with calligraphy descriptions of the four courses.

Sophisticated yet adventurous farm to table food was served as the guests toasted their futures and prepared for 3 days of learning and community.
