A few days ago, I headed out on my lunch break to pick up an iced coffee. Much to my dismay, it was absolutely freezing (and by freezing I mean so. not. summery). There was an undeniable crispness in the air that simply couldn’t be denied. Fall is on it’s way, and I’m just not ready. Lucky, there are still a few summer weeks left , and I plan on taking advantage (starting with all of these watermelon recipes):
