  • FOR THE SALAD
  • Assorted baby lettuces (6 heads)
  • Fresh herbs (dill. lemon thyme, mint, and purple basil)
  • Organic rose petals
  • Yellow pear tomatoes
  • Toasted, crushed hazelnuts
  • FOR THE HAZELNUT VINAIGRETTE
  • 2 cups Hazelnut Oil
  • 1 cup rice vinegar
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Salt
  • Finely chopped fresh herbs
Instructions
  1. FOR THE HAZELNUT VINAIGRETTE
  2. Whisk together hazelnut oil, rice vinegar, juice of 1 orange, cracked pepper, salt and finely chopped fresh herbs. Chill.
  3. FOR THE SALAD
  4. Arrange the different lettuces, torn gently by hand, herbs, petals, tomatoes, and hazelnuts on a large platter or individual plates.
  5. Dress with Hazelnut Vinaigrette.
