We’re always on the hunt for cocktails that feel seasonal and fresh. So when Lynn at Easton Events, along with photographer Tec Pataja, sent us images from their recent harvest fest, our eyes went straight to the gorgeous Persimmon Smash cocktail. With fresh persimmon juice and a splash of St. Germaine, this is a champagne cocktail taken up a few notches. More cocktails here!

- 1 oz. Persimmon Puree
- 1 oz. St. Germain
- Grab a persimmon, remove the skin and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. of puree, 1 oz. St. Germain and shake.
- Pour into glass or champagne flute
- Top with champagne (or sparkling wine) and serve.
