My weakness for a good cocktail knows no bounds. It’s the perfect way to end a long week, and the best thing to sip on while catching up with your girlfriends. We’re no stranger to delicious concoctions around here (there are a whole BUNCH to choose from right here), but I’m more than happy to add Valley & Co.‘s recipe for cranberry raspberry margaritas to our ever-growing arsenal.

Cranberry Raspberry MargaritaA sweet take on a delicious margarita

Serves 4Ingredients
  • one cup of fresh cranberry juice
  • 4 oz. raspberry puree {you can make it by blending a package of raspberries with 1 oz. water until smooth - then strain}
  • 4 oz. good tequila
  • fresh lime juice
  • small grain sea salt
  • ice
  • fresh raspberries to garnish
Instructions
  1. Wet the rim of four large glasses with water and dip into the sea salt to make a rim.
  2. Pour cranberry juice into a shaker {or pitcher} with ice and add raspberry puree and tequila. Shake until combined.
  3. Pour into glasses and add a squeeze of lime atop each drink. Add raspberries to garnish.
  4. Cheers!
