I’m of the belief that champagne should not be reserved for celebrations alone. In other words? There is absolutely nothing wrong with sipping bubbly on the regular. Life’s too short to wait for weddings and New Years, if you ask me! Which is why I’m thrilled that the idea of champagne cocktails is becoming more mainstream. And this beauty, from JoPhoto? - 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
- Champagne (chilled)
- Pour pomegranate juice into champagne flute.
- Drop a few pomegranate seeds into champagne flute.
- Top with champagne.
- Add slice of lime as garnish.
