As an interior designer, I tend to be ridiculously picky when it comes to decor. I definitely have strong opinions any which way, and it is VERY unusual for me to find a place that I’m absolutely completely enamored with from top to bottom. Well, that is, until now. Because de[luxe] design studio‘s adorable Minneapolis home has my name all over it. Captured by Paper Antler, it’s comfy, cozy and there’s more right here.

From de[luxe] design studio… Maintaining a permanent residence has long been a priority for my friends/clients who have spent the last few hockey seasons between Los Angeles and Montreal. Both native Midwesterners, they purchased a Minneapolis house that needed a bit of a facelift. Originally three separate rooms, we opened the kitchen, dining, and living areas to create one large communal space that felt much more functional. The end result is light, casual, and beautiful… the perfect “welcome home” after a long season away from family and friends.
