On a chilly December day I gathered some of my best gal pals (In Honor of Design, Hunted Interior and Wonderfully Lost) and their kiddos to make a trek to Bottoms’ Tree Farm for an afternoon of trees and treats. Upon our arrival, the scent of pine filled our car and the farm’s gorgeous red barn, complete with horses, cows, chickens, and the most friendly farm dog I’ve ever met, beckoned us in. Captured by Rustic White Photography, feel free to peruse the gallery!

While the kids played, we chatted about holiday plans and picked the perfect tree. After the all was said and done, we delighted in peppermint hot cocoa, vanilla bean marshmallows, and chocolate candy cane popcorn. Thanks to Gap and Old Navy, our hands and hearts were kept warm and spirits ready to welcome Old St. Nick.  Truly, Waiting On Martha
