Coconut Fizz Cocktail

Serves 1Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Coconut sorbet
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • Champagne
  • Edible silver star glitter
Instructions
  1. Rim each glass with silver star glitter.
  2. Scoop a large spoonful of coconut sorbet into each glass.
  3. Pour pineapple juice over sorbet and fill the rest of the glass with champagne.
