Allow me to introduce you to the incredible Meredith Heron. As a Toronto based interior designer, this fiery red-head is not afraid to tell you what’s what when it comes to design. And if there’s anyone I trust with the fate of my walls, it’s this girl right here. You may want to take a notes as she spills some of her best kept paint secrets. And feel free to take a closer look at each of these rooms right here!

Meredith Heron‘s go-to paint colors, in short:

#1 – Para Paints St. Boniface: It’s a wonderful mutable shade of indigo. The perfect neutral!

#2 – Pratt & Lambert Seed Pearl: I love this white. It’s the perfect warm (but not overly so) white. I often use this as my wall colour and then layer in other colours, textures and patterns, which always play nicely with it.

#3 – Benjamin Moore Soft White: I love using this colour in dressingroom ceilings as it makes you look even better when you’re getting dressed!

#4 – Benjamin Moore Gray Owl: The perfect gray!
