It’s been a few weeks since we shared our last nursery and I’m secretly glad that we’re back with another. Because as far as I’m concerned, there isn’t much that beats a case of the Mondays than tiny baby toes and adorable leg rolls. Esther Sun has captured sweet baby Theo and his beaming parents in his equally amazing nursery and I just can’t get enough. And there’s a whole gallery filled with baby cheeks that I know you’ll fall in love with too.
From Theo’s mom… I’ve always loved the look of how black and white gives such a bold stark contrast, and couldn’t wait to incorporate that into my son’s nursery. Babies love to look at strong contrasting colors, which has long made me want to have a bold black and white stripe in my future babies’ room. I also wanted to decorate it so that he could grow into it so we wouldn’t have to re-do everything in a few short years. The key was to keep the decor clean and classic. Toys, books, and clothes have so much color I felt there will be enough brightness in the room through those items so I kept the rest of the space quite neutral. I shopped at many different places including multiple trips to the flea market for each piece to make it just right.
