Hailing from Toronto myself, I always get weirdly excited when we feature a local party. And this sweet tea party-fused baby shower is just the ticket. The best part? This brilliant mama had her guests paint personalized onesies for her little one, ensuring a great wardrobe and memories that will last for years to come. Captured by With Love Heather, there’s a whole gallery filled to the brim with adorableness that shouldn’t be missed.

From Sarah, the mommy-to-be… I am a girly girl and wanted my shower to portray the flirtiness of girl (though we weren’t sure yet if we were having a boy or a girl!) Having been to many showers before, it was really important to me for it to be fun for everyone involved. Unfortunately, many showers can be a yawn and I wanted to be sure my family and friends would enjoy themselves. Apparently I was successful as many people told me “This is the best baby shower we have ever been to!” The combination of onesie painting, plate signing, inspirational words on note cards, games, great food and drink, and of course the guests made it happen.

One of my favorite moments was looking around the room and knowing everyone was smiling and enjoying themselves. My good friend, Addie, wrote a song for my baby, and my father showed up at the end to give me a big hug which really was the icing on the cake.
