It’s FRIDAY!!! Which means that today is all about parties, cocktails and a little bit of take-me-to-the-weekend lovely here on SMP. And we’re starting with what has become my latest and hardest to let go obsessions. Sprinkles. It started with this Sprinkles Party Theme that we shot a few months back and has taken many a- turn since them. Landing directly on this ADORABLE shower from photographer Amy Jordan and designer Bash by Brenly. Click here to see all of the gorg details.

From Amy & Jordan PhotographyThis shoot incorporated lots of “pun intended” details referencing sprinkles from the sky and, of course, sprinkles for the tongue. Many of the sweet treats were simple DIY creations Brenly created in her own kitchen, and much of the decor was purchased at affordable shops like Home Goods and Party City. We had so much fun shooting this shower, and would love to see it inspire brides and bridesmaids everywhere! Thank you so much for taking the time to consider us on your incredible blog. You do amazing work, and it would be an absolute honor. We’re looking forward to hearing from you soon!

From designer, BASH by Brenly

In designing this shoot, I realized that many brides these days are having one, two, even three showers before their special day. This creates a fabulous opportunity for creativity and variation amongst the celebrations. After all, how many lingerie showers can a girl have?

My bride, Lindsay, for “Sprinkled with Love” was quirky, bright, and bubbly so I knew I had to think outside the pink princess box. This shoot married rain sprinkles and candy sprinkles all in one dessert bar! Marshmallow Cloud Pops, Rice Krispie Rain Drops, Bride to Be Funfetti Bars, and Take Cover Umbrella cookies are just a few “pun intended” treats that were included. Guests were encouraged to wash it down with a champagne shower or perfectly blue martini. Lindsay felt the enthusiasm and happiness behind every detail. She truly felt “Sprinkled with Love”.
