We've got Easter inspiration coming out of our ears for you today and I couldn't be more excited! With the holiday merely days away, we've got just enough time to tie up all of those loose ends. First and foremost: these DIY bathbombs. Because kids shouldn't get to have all the fun, these little guys would make for the perfect addition to any adult Easter basket you plan on handing out in the coming days. Get the full how-to below!
6 tbs almond oil
4 tsp essential oil in whatever scent you'd like
3 tbs water
8 oz citric acid powder
8 oz cornstarch
8 oz epsom salts
Plastic Easter eggs
Whisk together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
In a smaller bowl, mix wet ingredients and add a few drops of food coloring.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix together with your hands. The mixture should be moist and clump together in your hands. If it is too dry and not sticking together, you can add a bit more water but be careful because you don't want it to be too wet.
Pack mixture into Easter egg molds and let sit several minutes.
Cover a baking sheet with the fluffy towel and place a sheet of wax paper on top. The towel will help keep the eggs from flattening out on the bottom. Carefully remove bath bombs from molds and place on baking sheet. Let dry 2 days before placing in Easter baskets!
