Hibiscus Infused Vodka Cocktail
1. Stir hibiscus flowers into vodka (preferably stirred together in a mason jar). Cover and allow mixture to infuse for 12 hours. Strain mixture, discarding flowers.
2. Pour infused vodka, Chambord and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 1 minute. Divide mixture between 4 glasses, fill with ice and top each glass off with diet tonic. Stir.
3. Finish each cocktail with a lime wedge and serve.
