Step 1: Cut the cardstock and vellum into 1/2″ x 2″ strips, and cut a 2″ strip of floral tape. Cut out a triangle shape on one end of each piece to make them into flags.
Step 2: Write a message to your sweet pea on the vellum.
Step 3: Fill the glassine bags with sweet pea seeds.
Step 4: Gather all the flags together and fan out slightly. Place on the flap of the bag. Heat up the glue gun with wax stick, and squeeze out a quarter size amount of wax onto the fans and the bag. Quickly press the stamp into the hot wax.
