When insanely talented floral geniuses like Nancy Liu Chin and Holly Chapple get together to create pretty things, it turns into an all-out floral fest. And that’s exactly what they did for this year’s Chapel Designers workshop, set at the gorgeously rustic Sunstone Winery. With out-of-this-world blooms by Florabundance, there were colorful moments in every direction for Diana Marie Photography to snap up. Trust me when I say this gallery will brighten your day!
From Diana Marie Photography… This inspirational shoot was the combined effort of designer Holly Heider Chapple, Nancy Liu Chin and the Chapel Designers. Chapel Designers, is a gathering of floral designers that meet annually in NYC and CA. The purpose of the conference is to keep each other inspired, educated, and enthusiastic about wedding and event design. This years CA conference was held at the Sunstone Winery. Designers worked with amazing flowers from Florabundance. Nancy envisioned a rustic farm table with a touch of hipster. Black urns were used to sexy up the table. When sourcing deep red peonies became impossible due to seasonality, Holly and Nancy decided to make pink mink protea, a locally grown California flower the focal flower of the designs. The Chapel Designers led by Nancy Liu Chin worked together to bring the hipster farm table to life. The bridal bouquet was created by Holly Chapple as she worked with the designers of the conference. The bouquet was bound with Midori ribbon.
Our model Sarah wore the “Peace” Claire Pettibone gown. The images were captured by Diana Maria Photography. Classic Party Rental provided the beautiful tables, chairs, linen and china for this event.
