A Provence sunset, wild, beautiful flowers, a ridiculously good looking couple in beautiful attire… if this is striking a cord with you at all (and really, I’d be surprised if it wasn’t) you’re about to flip. Picture Perfect Photography captured this wedding inspiration, put together by Lavender and Rose, and I’m calling today the best day ever. Enjoy.

From the photographer… I would like to present you a styled wedding shoot which was part of Feather and Stone Field trip workshop in southern France last September. I met their wonderful talented photographers but I also admired and fell in love with the unique picturesque scenery of Provence’s landscapes.

The shooting took place in a beautiful venue called Hameau des Baux nestled between the hills next to Arles and surrounded by stretches of olive trees and rows of tall, tight cypresses. Kerry and Jennifer from Lavender & Rose Weddings styled wonderfully everything and Charlotte’s gown designed by Zahavit Tshuba added a touch of elegance and glamour.

Charlotte’s beauty, grace, her gorgeous smile and easy-going character made her the perfect model. On the other hand Gian Marco as one real Italian guy dazzled us all with his charm and sensitivity. They were both so emotional and in love and eager to kiss and hug each other that they barely paid attention to the photographers around taking pictures of them.

The sweet smell of lavender and wild flowers and the mistral wind blowing from the mountains over the hills made it look like a dream. The very special almost magical light of Provence’s sunsets made our film pictures look like drawings.
