I’m in love with a dress. Yes, it’s true. From the moment I laid my eyes on this bundle of tea length goodness (complete with rockin’ red heels and an oh-so-chic birdcage veil), I have done nothing but daydream about this wonderful dress and me. It’s an obsession, really. And when you add to all of that dress fabulous some perfect blooms by Pollen, yummy cupcakes from Molly’s Cupcakes and beautiful images by Anna Routh Photography, well, there’s just no end in sight to the love I am feeling. Trust me, you don’t want to miss a moment of pretty. Join me in the gallery for even more!

From Anna Routh Photography… This was a beautiful, stylish, fun, laid back wedding that took place in the heart of Chicago. These two LOVE their city, so they chose a Chicago theme and ran with it. The Chicago flag is light blue and red, so that became their color palette for the big day. One of my favorite things Molly did was hire eco-friendly Chicago florist Pollen which allows clients to direct on color choice and general look, but they work with what’s in season and sustainably grown in the area. There was a huge variety in the floral and everything was beautiful. Molly’s dress was stunning and her gorgeous red pumps were so much fun. This was a fun wedding with a killer dance party, delicious sweets and lots of love!

This is a beautiful display and model for brides everywhere. Such a wonderful wedding that you can just FEEL the couple's personality through every last detail.
Her red shoes are my favorite part. And the cupcakes. And her headpiece. OK, I love it all.
love the Justin Alexander dress he is one of my favorite designers.
I also love this dress, it will by my wedding dress next yr (only in the coffee color)
This couple looks so very happy and everything the bride picked out is just perfect. Red shoes! That's just great.
Hi! I just stumbled across this and it's crazy how similar this wedding is to what ours will be like this coming July 2012! We are also getting married at Kitchen Chicago, but it will be a very vintage Americana theme, (but same red, white and blue colors!)
Do you know how many guests she had at the wedding? Or could you find out? I am having trouble figuring out a seating plan and it looks like hers was very casual and informal. Did she also serve dinner? Please forward my email if needed to the bride, it would be great to talk to a former Kitchen Chicago bride!! :)
Thanks, Lisa
