This photo shoot by Lovelee Affairs and Erik Umphery pretty much sums up my idea of the perfect day: wake up and cuddle with your love, spend the morning getting all dolled up, slip into a stunning Jim Hjelm gown and then get married (just the two of you!) Smaller, more intimate weddings are becoming a definite trend, and this shoot is brimming with gorgeous inspiration. From Lovelee Affairs… The inspiration for this shoot came from both Erik and I meeting with increasing numbers of clients who are interested in nontraditional, intimate weddings. We wanted to do something that was soft and pretty, using various shades of pink and touches of ivory. We decided to use the entry courtyard of Summeour Studio for our ceremony and reception backdrop. The atmosphere, lighting and decor worked together perfectly to create a warm, personal love story.
