My wedding is September 21st and I have had my wedding gown for a year sitting in my closet. Due to high rains, a leak started in my closet and a big water mark is now on my dress! With not a little time to go, my best bet is to go with a preworn dress, do you know of any online sites that sell them that you would recommend? The cost of cleaning the dress is twice the cost of the dress itself so I'm thinking of using it in my trash the dress photos and just getting another dress.

Oh no! You might want to try oncewed.com or preownedweddingdresses.com…don't forget to try some off the rack options too.

I'm sorry to hear about your dress!
Have you tried steaming the water mark? I've heard if you use a hand-steamer, it can lift up the water mark stains. Maybe you could try that and see if the stain might deminish?
I hope you find a solution soon!

On the fineliving channel they had a show that featured a dry cleaners in NYC that can work miracles. I have no idea of their name off the top of my head or the costs but it surely could salvage your dress as well as save you some money. I would search on FineLiving's website, the show premise was the best of the best type of thing.

You have to atleast try to get cleaned!! If its just a water stain, have you tried vinegar? I know that supposidly vinegar works really well on removing stains on white. Look up the recipe.
