My fiance loves sports (personally plays golf, but loves them all) and is an avid gambler. He's not a fashionista so things like cufflinks are out. I want to get him something meaningful and clever and not resort to getting him a Wii or something like that. Any ideas?

Does he like cars and/or NASCAR?
You could get him a day at a Skip Barber racing school. You get a couple of laps around a great track and lots of bragging rights.
I am trying to think of something cool for my fiance, an obsessed baseball fan.

There are all kinds of sports gifts out there and most of them can be personalized…..
You mentioned he liked golf so perhaps a set of golf balls with his name on them?
Or if you want something a little more substantial go for a whole putter set.
Look around and you will find a ton of sports fanatic gifts.
I found these at American Bridal but there are all kinds of really origional gifts out there for the whole bridal party.

We got all our groomsmen gifts from Dolce Mia. They have super cute vintage inspired soaps that have western themes, and manly scents like “leathery western” with a manly outdoor fragrance. I also gave them as favors for my bridal shower, with pin-up girls and hawaiian themes. They were a huge hit! They also have vintage invitations and picture frames. The girl that sold them gave discount pricing since I ordered so many. Her email is ktate@dolcemia.com
Here is what they looked like:

whats your budget look like?
I am a golfer and a guy (crowd hushes) lol
I would totally flip out if I got an all expenses paid trip to a really nice golf course for me and a buddy. There are amazing courses all over the world that I'll probably never play unless i get super rich, because I can't justify spending 200+ bucks on one round of golf. But if it were a gift, HOLY CRAP i would be so happy!!!!
throw in some custom golfballs with his name and you're set for life! haha.
good luck,
Corvas

We are getting married in a few weeks, but decided to give my fiance his wedding gift early…Laker playoff tix. He says this is the best gift ever, and he did not mind that the gift came in early.
