we are getting married this summer in a sweet southern wedding. i teach 4th grade (9-10 year olds!!) and have previously worked as a children's minister at a church. i would love to incorporate some of these kids in the ceremony but am running out of ways to use these children who have meant so much to my fiance and me. they are too old to be flower girl/ring bearers, but i'd like them to do something other than just be jr. bridesmaids & groomsmen.  my sister had two bell ringers that rang handbells immediately before she walked down the aisle…maybe something along these lines or something totally different? any suggestions would be great!!

I heard of an idea once where the couple had their guests write their blessings and wishes for the couple on a card before they were seated at the ceremony.  You could potentially have the kids bring those up individually before your bridal party comes in.  That gives them something special to do thats easy to organize. Good luck!  I have almost the same problem only i have too many people in the family that I feel I should include.
