I'm getting married next year, probably in May, hopefully poolside at this beach club.

I'm actually an interior designer, so I'm used to working with colors and fabrics, but you know it's always more difficult to choose things when it's for yourself.  I really like greys and bold pinks with hints of white and green. I made a couple inspiration boards using some images I saw on your site and some other ones I've come across.  I was wondering if you have any suggestions as well?

Bridesmaids dresses are hard, what do you think about telling the girls to find a cocktail dress in a shade of grey?  Do you think that would look too dark for a wedding/reception on a pool deck on the beach?  Maybe a pink/berry dress would be better?  I'm love a vintage flare which will also play a factor in the style.  Anyway I'm rambling, but I just wanted to say great job with your blog. :)

Here are my inspiration boards…

I think you should maybe do the grey dress with a pink sash.

I actually sent in this e-mail!  I've decided on a color palette… I've nixed the grey and am going with navy and fushcia.  Here are some more inspiration boards I've made along the way, and check out my blog – http://weddingsopretty.wordpress.com/

And finally here is me in my dress!
