Hi all! I am having a wedding in June at a Winery that is themed like a castle! I really wanted to use purple and gold because purple reminds me of grapes and royalty and I want to incorporate the purple and green grapes on the tables. I am also using gold branches on the highs, and gold chargers on all place settings. Those are the only things I am sure of… my dress is very romantic and ivory. I'm trying to stick with a timeless , elegant, and romantic theme of the castle. Any ideas of accent colors with gold and purple in this setting would be great! I love pinks and pruples but can't really see the colors togetehr if I go wiht grapes. What do you guys think of a bit of lavender to soften it up for that romantic feel? Any ideas let me know! the venue link: http://www.eaglecastlewinery.com/
The castle/tudor style of the venue looks absolutely amazing! I second the lavender color to soften and romanticize the atmosphere, yet not lose the royalty feeling.
