Hi all– I am getting married this October and I am bad with color coordination to begin with, and now am slipping into panic mode as the big day approaches. 

I really love dark red / black magic roses  and wanted to create a wine theme around them, so I was thinking deep red, champagne and black and white.  (I landed on champagne because I wanted to use corks as place holders, cork board to hold the seat assignment list, etc)  

The trouble is that my venue has very distinct primary colors inside so I'm not sure this is going to work together.  The venue colors outside are a more workable, ie Grey w some copper accents so pretty neutral:

I rarely see the dark dark red color in wedding mag photos so I am nervous to go with it.  I would have the BMs wear the deep red, tea length with champagne or white flowers.  What does everyone think?

Thanks so much!

After a lot of debate I'm going to do dark dark purple.  Hopefully it will work with the primary colors inside and the dark flowers.

Not sure where we are going to end up having the ceremony, we have a ton of people so we were going to do the cocktail hour by the negative edge water.  We're thinking art gallery, but we will see!
