I am having my wedding on an island on the west coast of Florida and it will be on a lawn (not the actual sand beach) overlooking the water. I want to keep some sort of beach theme but I don't want it to be too cliche. I thought of having a coral themed wedding (color and actual coral) but the space that I will have the reception in is not very big and I don't want it to be too bright and obnoxious. I thought I might be able to tone it down with chocolate brown accents. I found some pictures of a coral themed wedding but the reception venue is a tent and is much larger than my reception site. http://www.colincowie.com/article/kerzner-wedding
I also thought about doing turquoise with chocolate brown accents and a sandollar theme OR a combination of coral, turquoise, and chocolate brown and stay with the coral theme.
I have always been a pastelle type of person but for some reason I keep coming back to the coral. What do you think? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
