This is the kind of wedding that just screams perfection. The kind of perfection that can only come from a breathtaking Boca Grande setting (I’m looking at you, The Gasparilla Inn), a gallery of lovely from Tom Root Photography and a beyond beautiful Jenny Packham masterpiece. That’s a combo that makes for one amazing wedding, and when it’s all planned by the genius that is Sarah Tucker Events and features gorgeous invites from Swiss Cottage Designs, well… we call that a day of non-stop pretty. See it all right here in the full gallery.
From Sarah Tucker Events… Julie and Ryan stumbled upon Gasparilla Island over Christmas when they were visiting family in Fort Myers, FL. They fell in love the second they stepped foot on the island. The official festivities started on Friday night at a local haunt in Boca Grand – The Temptation. At 5pm guests hopped on a golf cart to the ceremony site at The Gasparilla Inn. They were greeted with Rose and lemonade prior to the ceremony. The bride walked down the aisle with her father to live music of “Such Great Heights” by Iron and Wine. The recessional was “You’ve Got the Love” by Florence and the Machine. The couple wrote their own vows and their close friend married them. Julie loves paper products and it showed. Everything was dripping in gorgeous calligraphy from Makewells Design. From the ceremony to the reception to the place cards and menu cards. Long feasting tables and tons of pink peonies lined the tables. Toward the end of the night, the Inn served their signature gasparilla island drink- The Hummer.
