Palafox Wharf Wedding by Candice K Photography

It’s no secret around these parts that I have a serious crush on all things yellow, so when I first laid my eyes upon these delightful Pensacola nuptials by Candice K Photography, my heart skipped one very happy beat.  And not only is this delightful affair boasting my favorite sunshiny color (plus a fabulous aqua blue), but there’s a whole bundle of darling details to love, including one amazing gown, some sweet as can be lantern centerpieces, lovely paper goods (Designed by the bride!) and a plethora of beautiful blooms by FIORE of Pensacola.  I am seriously smitten with all of this lovely and I know you will be, too.  Join me in the gallery for even more!

From Candice K Photography Erin and Jason’s wedding was a family celebration in Pensacola, Florida at the old Palafox Wharf near the pier. Erin carefully put together details using her skills as a graphic designer and completed a beautiful color palette of aqua, blue, and white with pops of yellow. The decor was decidedly nautical with a touch of burlap and rope. Erin’s invitation suite included a logo that she designed and carried through the wedding into the guest sign-in poster. After the couple’s ceremony on the deck, their guests danced the night away inside the exposed brick wall venue.

Beautiful bridesmaid dresses! And I LOVE seeing a wedding in my hometown! We are getting married in Charleston, but I have been searching everywhere for dresses that color! May I ask what line they are from?

love the decor and the colors! I'm also loving the men's ties! May I ask where they are from? I'm having a hard time finding some neat ties. Thanks for the help :)

We have been looking for ties just like your groom/groomsmen. Could you tell me where they are from?

Thanks to SMP FL for featuring our wedding! And thank you to the readers for all of your lovely comments.

To answer some of your questions… The bridesmaid dresses are from J.Crew, the Cotton Cady collection in Fresh Mint. The Men’s ties were found over time in all different places. Groom’s tie is from Brooks Brothers, other ties from Macy’s, Marshalls, and Kohl’s (most of them were by Nautica).

I would DIE to know where the center piece lanterns are from! That is the exact look I'm going for.... a shabby chic nautical lantern.

I am a third on the lanterns. We have been looking ALL over for white lanterns just like that, so I would love a suggestion on where to look. Thanks!

I just bought similar lanterns for my wedding but can't decide on the size so I bought both. How many guests did you seat per table?
