From Damon Tucci Photography Rachel and Jason’s wedding took place on February 12, 2011 in the tropical, outdoor setting of west coast of Florida. The lush green hedges of the Hyatt Bonita Springs provided the perfect backdrop for the ceremony and matched perfectly with the bride’s theme of old world French.

The vibrant Florida blue skies weaved seamlessly with the bride’s color palette of soft greens and blues. For the aisle of the garden ceremony the bride selected massive topiaries in textured urns and hydrangea.

In the reception room, Rachel’s minimalist style was translated through the use of tall branches and simple floral arrangements. Uplighting provided fun accent colors which added to the casual elegance of the atmosphere. Some of the most memorable details of the day were the photo booth, custom made guest signing book using the couple’s engagement photos from New Orleans and the sage advice cards that guests filled out during the reception.
