Just when I thought my uhb-session with all things french was manageable, this shoot comes along. A shoot filled with soft blues, warm peach hues, seasonal ModFete florals, and the ultimate elopement, but better yet? It all took place at the ideal cottage in Monet’s (yes THE MONET!) quaint town Giverny and I’m convinced I need to move there tout de suite. Kibogo Photography captured it all and we can relish it together in THE VAULT!

From Katelyn of ModFeteWe wanted this shoot to embody the rustic elegance that we found in the historic cottage garden where this took place. I was inspired by soft French blues and the warm peach tones in seasonal fruit and flowers. The table linens, foraged floral and silk ribbon I used were a complement to the organic nature of our surroundings, while the tableware, wardrobe and calligraphy gave a nod to Parisian sophistication. The cottage in Monet’s home town Giverny provided a beautiful backdrop for the table which we envisioned to be the perfect setting for an intimate garden celebration.
