We love it when brides get creative with their wedding locales and this one truly tops the charts of off the hook gorgeous and organic settings. Yup, it’s a simple yet totally picture perfect greenhouse and we can’t stop staring at all the gorgeous images from Warm Pears. The reception is beyond beautiful, filled with tons of greenery in pretty, potted plants. We are officially in love. See it all right here.
From the Bride… I had the pleasure to photograph a beautiful event in this greenhouse, and since that moment I’ve dreamed of my wedding there. Once I was engaged, I had to persuade my fiancé. He is much more classic and traditional than me, and he surely would have preferred a villa. But I knew he would finally give in! Then I involved my florist and friend, Stefania of Grazie dei Fiori, and we started developing the whole idea: I’ve always loved peach colors, and she suggested some flowers, such as roses and tulips. Following the concept of the greenhouse, we came up with the jars as centerpieces and hydrangea. We only needed to add some birdcages and many, many candles to create the soft and warm atmosphere I’ve always desired. I created the stationery, using the same color palette (ivory, peach, gray, brown) and cotton tissue for the invitations, menus, table names, etc. I’m completely convinced that the venue was the winning idea, because none of my guests had ever been to a greenhouse wedding, and everybody was happy to see something new! Everyone was encouraged to wear white as well! I also sure that a warm and informal atmosphere made all our guests feel at ease, because our families and friends were the most important thing that let our wedding be so successful! Everybody was relaxed and happy for us; they really wanted to share our joy!
