Oh Sayulita – how I love thee!  Every wedding that we feature from this majestic Mexican village makes me want to hop on the next jet plane headed south of the border.  This enchanting affair captured by Derk’s Works only increases my wanderlust with its gorgeous seaside views, luscious florals and sweetly modern details.  And, yes, all those picture perfect details were created by the stylish blogger bride!  Click here to see them all!

From Derk’s Works….You know that feeling you get when you’re invited to the “cool kid table”? There is that excitement and rush, knowing that the people you like and look up to think similarly of you! When my cousin, and extremely stylish style blogger, Anna approached me about being the photographer for their wedding I had a tinge of humble gratitude and then a wash of excitement. The day was beautiful and Anna was radiant. Each detail was carefully laid out and the entire event oozed the love, joy and impeccable style of the bride and groom. It was an honor to photograph the day and see all of Anna’s planing fall together into complete perfection.

From the Bride…Since Eric and I have been dating since we were 16, we knew our wedding would have to be something that reflected our unique relationship. Enter: Mexico. It was the natural option since we visited the Riveria Nayarit and fell in love with the beautiful beaches and welcoming people.  We wanted to celebrate with our closest friends and family and have an unforgettable vacation, as well, which made Sayulita the perfect place.  Our wedding was unforgettable and truly one of the best and most memorable days of our lives.
