I can’t think of a better way to wrap up this wonderful week than with these gorgeous Waikiki nuptials courtesy of the oh-so-talented PAPERISTA.  This wedding has me completely smitten with its elegant beachy theme, vibrant color palette and, of course, those beautiful paper goods.  And don’t even get me started on that bouquet by Flowergirls.  All captured in lovely images by Christie Pham Photography, I do believe it’s the perfect way to start the weekend.  Join me in the gallery for even more!

From PAPERISTA… Rachel and Patrick had the perfect backdrop of sun, sand and surf for their romantic Hawaiian wedding. The day started out at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel with a run shared between the bride and her sister. Once the bride got her wedding gown on, her and her dad shared tears over the joyous event that was about to ensue.

The bride wished for a family centered affair that was elegant and natural. Paperista helped Rachel come up with a coral theme that ended up tying the entire event together. Tables were set with coral, starfish, lanterns and seashells. Their shared love of the ocean and time spent there growing up was apparent throughout the day. The laid back atmosphere brought the families closer together as they celebrated the new union at the Outrigger Canoe Club. After the reception, the party continued at the infamous Margaritaville in Waikiki.

When the bride thinks back on their special day, three words come to mind: “surreal. amazing. perfect.” We would have to agree.
