Vera Wang, Jimmy Choo, gorgeous sandy shores of Hawaii, pretty pictures by Ray Soemarsono of Apertura? Check, check, check and check. If that’s not the beginnings of a beautiful wedding, I just don’t know what is. The bright splashes of pink and hints of green against the beautiful Hawaii surroundings are completely squeal-worthy, and there are definitely squeals coming from my end for this entire island affair. From Apertura … Jean + Peter met in a hospital where Jean works as a nurse and Peter is a doctor and as they say, the rest is history. They rented two beautiful homes at the prestigious Sunset Colony on the North Shore of Hawai’i for their getting ready locations. Peter and his friends managed to take a dip in the warm Pacific waters before getting ready for the ceremony. And Jean looked absolutely gorgeous in her Vera Wang dress. Guests arrived at the beachside Loulu Palm Estate for the ceremony, Jean’s mom was dressed in a traditional Korean dress to honor her heritage and close friends and family witnessed the emotional ceremony officiated by their friend. During the reception, Peter gave one of the best groom speeches of all time, and everybody went absolutely wild on the open dance floor and danced the night away.
