How in the pretty, pretty world is it Friday already? No complaints here of course, other than that means this week’s destination weddings have come to an end. Seriously, how fabulous is SMP Destination Weddings? I literally could just sit and stare all day long at all the pretty that feels this little local blog. From Wendy Laurel Photography… Rachael and Jake are a real engaged couple, getting married in September. We had so much fun doing the engagement shoot, we decided to do a wedding inspiration shoot to get them in the wedding swing of things. Jake is surfer from Florida, transplanted to Maui. Rachael was born and raised on Maui and is no stranger to the beach and surf. Both love the surfer lifestyle and love living in Maui. We used a rainbow color theme with some black for an edge. The cake was inspired by a Billabong t-shirt design. And the rainbow bouquet with black ribbon went well with it. Circles were another theme, picked up from the Marc Jacob’s dress. Rachael’s earrings, the table, her dress, the cake all repeated the circle theme.
