Well, all I can say about Diana is that it she is over-all positive. She is quite experienced in her field, is extremely helpful and if I may add, she’s just a genuine and sincere person. My wife and I also found her to be very pleasant to deal with and she went “the extra mile” to ensure our happiness on our “big day.” I can stress that there was a certain level of comfort in working with her and supporting her business, as opposed to some anonymous planner from a resort, as an example. There was a more “personal touch” that money just cannot buy, know what I mean?

I am happy to be a part of her clientele roster and would gladly recommend her to anyone. I think if you are indeed looking for a sincere person to work with, Diana is a wise choice. She was referred to us by another planner, whom we were initially referred to, but was not available. I found that to be a blessing in disguise as I can’t really imagine the experience without Diana’s involvement. We got married on the beach, and she took the time to meet with us, drive around and show us several beaches that she found appealing. Since we didn’t know the island that well, we heavily relieved on her and her expertise. We were not disappointed one bit, as we found the PERFECT location on the north shore. Our wedding was very simple, and I even joked to her that ours was probably the easiest wedding she would ever have to do! I think she treated ours the same way she would treat anyone’s wedding, regardless of price or extravagance. On that note, we also found her prices very, very reasonable, especially given the cost of life on Kauai in general.

Diana really, truly is a great person to work with and I am sure that you , like my wife, will find her to be particularly empathic to all your needs and wishes, especially those of the bride. Well, I hope your wedding is beautiful and much, much fun. All the best to you and your husband. Kauai is the most beautiful place I have ever been. I am sure you guys will enjoy it! Diana Gardner of Alohana Weddings was the most professional, supportive and cordial event planner we have ever had the pleasure of working with.  From the start of our wedding planning, over a year ago, Diana was able to give us information from not only her knowledge of the area and culture, but guided us along in preparing the ‘not so conventional’ wedding we’ve dreamed of since our engagement.  Her company, Alohana Weddings, was able to provide us with the exact ceremony we wanted, truly Hawaiian traditional with a local minister along the beautiful Tunnels Beach in Haena.

Diana arranged the musician, minister, photographer, florals, limo and so much more.  She got to know us prior to the ceremony, and was able to give us exactly what we were looking for.

We would recommend  Diana to plan your wedding or event in Kaua’i, without hesitation.  Her coordination and meticulous planning made what seemed to be an impossible ceremony to ‘pull off’ a huge success.  We have had family and friends raving about how beautiful the ceremony was…. Diana arranged the perfect ceremony for us, without us having to deal with the stress and anxiety of dozens of family members on-location in Hawaii for our big day.  It could have been very nerve wracking trying to plan a wedding from over 6,000 miles away.  Diana made this task easy for us.  She even was kind enough to bring parasols for the ladies at the ceremony, because we had not specified them in the order.  Her foresight and experience really made things go off without a single hitch.  Diana exceeded our expectations ten-fold.

From the very beginning of our planning, to our flight back to the mainland, Diana was there for us every step of the way.  Her support, service and professionalism was second to none.

Aloha Diana!! Jorge and I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for planning everything for our wedding on Kauai…it was simply a dream come true for us!  Kauai was perfect in every way for us, and being married there was absolutely awesome!  We are definitely planning a return visit for our first anniversary, so we will keep in touch and let you know…we would definitely want to take you and Nathan to dinner since you didn’t get to sit &  enjoy the dinner with us that night.

You guys are forever in our hearts and prayers.

We hope all is well with you there in paradise.  We are getting back into the routine of things here now that our out of town  relatives have all left since the wedding reception.  The sunset at Tahoe was beautiful as well, but Kauai will always be extra special to us.
