Today’s Round Up is geared to finding just the right gift to show appreciation to the ladies that will be standing by your side on your big day. Now, depending on the size of your bridal party, this may or may not be a difficult challenge. Nonetheless, being a recent bride myself, I know it always helps to have a few ideas for gifts in your back pocket. Cute clutches for bridesmaids are getting easier to come by thanks to this Etsy designer. In a variety of patterns, you can match each clutch to your friend’s personality. Vintage brooches are such a fabulous gift for any occasion, but pretty ones like this Etsy find can double as the statement piece on a bridesmaids dress.

Row Three: I am totally smitten with this shoe clip by b. poetic. Not only does this shoe clip take an ordinary shoe to extraordinary, but it’s a great accessory that can be worn over and over. Echo’s burnout wrap offers a welcomed spin on the often gifted pashmina. Sold in a variety of colors, this wrap will be a staple in any wardrobe. Summerblossom’s hair pins are not only adorable for adding a little pizzazz to your attendants hair do, but are a great gift that your ladies will be happy to accept.

It’s time for our weekly round-up that our fabulous editor, Carrie, put together especially for SMP readers. This week, we are tackling bridesmaids gifts…gits that are as thoughtful as they are chic, as wearable as they are completely and totally special.

During our Bridesmaids Jewelry Round Up, one of our savvy readers was looking for a bridesmaid’s gift that was a little more personal than the often-anticipated earrings or necklace. I loved this question, particularly because it speaks so appropriately to the role we ask these ladies to play. Naturally, determined to find some good gift inspiration, I began to scour the web for all things, personal, practical and bit playful in the world of bridal party gifts. This first set is all about a modern take on the classic monogram, which is a brilliant choice if you want your memento to be perfectly customized to each of your maids.

Row One: A touch of gold and delicate silver, gives Anne Kiel’s gilded necklace just the right amount of modern sophistication. It is no secret that the silhouette has made a huge comeback, and the pendent by Le Papier Studio is a clever way to capture your maids personal style. The monogrammed envelope necklace, found on Etsy, makes it easy to tell your ladies how much they mean to you-not to mention the tiny letter inside the envelope is absolutely adorable.

Row Two: By far the sweetest little mirror I have ever seen, Anthropologie’s pocket mirror is a lovely memento to any bridesmaids gift. This delicate coffee mug will remind your ladies of your special day, everyday, and can double as a place-setting for the bridesmaids luncheon. Fill it with coffee beans and tuck a starbucks giftcard inside for even more charm. West Elm’s keepsake boxes are ideal for displaying a classic monogram and a great item to store jewels from the wedding day.

Row Three: I love monogrammed vintage hankies and it just so happens they are the best thing to have in hand while the bride and groom say their “I do’s.” I am so excited to have found this Etsy shop full of colorful renditions customized on vintage china. This gift is truly one-of-a-kind. Everyone can use a nice set of personalized stationary. Hello! Lucky has several delightful themes in a spectrum of bold colors.

The incredible bracelet is by Mucklows Fine Jewelry and I am smitten. It’s the perfect gold bracelet that would look beautiful with just about any gown (or pair of jeans for that matter). The stunning florals were all designed by Virtu, and the absolutely beautiful gowns are all designed by Etain and Morgan Boszilkov. Hair was done by Caprice Green and make-up by Lay’Na Anderson.

SO happy that Jeremy sent these over. Every now and then, it’s just nice to kick back and get lost in beautiful photographs. These do the trick perfectly. More on the way!

Maybe it’s because I love gorgeous rings … or maybe it’s because of the unbelievable creativity of wedding photographers. I just think ring-shots are so artistic.

So … when we posted yesterday’s LBB Blog with the cute-cute little man RING bearers … it just seemed natural to follow-up with our first Little Black Book Ring-Shot Gallery.

Wait, though. There’s more to the story. About two weeks ago, I saw a post on Carla Ten Eyk’s blog that made me realize I wasn’t alone. There’s an entire website devoted to amazing photographs of wedding rings. And Carla has twenty-one (*21!) featured on it. Take a look at just a few of hers …

Carla rocks the ring shots! And you should hear what her brides (& fellow-photo buffs) say about her {inspiring, generous, awesome, genuine, creative, passionate, encouraging, amazingly talented … just a few of their words}. Carla’s studio is based in Hartford CT, but she’ll travel anywhere! We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Now, back to the ring-shots. The site is ROCKTOGRAPHERS … and I seriously spent a couple of hours mesmerized by the beauty in these images. I found more of Style Me Pretty’s Little Black Book members featured and started ’snipping’ photos left & right. I was on a roll! Once again, I turned back to the LBB photography blogs, and voila’ … a virtual smorgasbord of fabulous ring-shots …

I am a sucker for anything gold, and anything handmade so these little gems were a no brainer…especially because they pair vintage recycled jewelry with new closures and such. Aside from the fact that these pieces are gorgeous (so my style), I love that Gina has something for everyone…so many different price ranges, colors and style to choose from. Her new cushion cut stones are perfect…the white topaz for the bride, the sweet colored stones for her bridesmaids. My personal favorite, however, is that amazingly simple, circle necklace in the bottom left photo.
