A plethora of DIY details and a bundle of rustic goodness – two perfect ingredients for a knock-you-off-your-feet kind of soiree. And this fabulous Kelowna affair… well, it’s boasting that stellar combination of crafty meets rustic in the sweetest of ways. From the gorgeous pine cone-filled centerpieces to the DIY florals, every last moment was a true labor of love by this stunning couple and their devoted family and friends. Justine Russo Photography snapped up all of the pretty and, trust me, it doesn’t get much better than this. See it all here.
From the Bride… My favourite part of planning was doing the invitations, centrepieces and favours. I love doing crafty stuff! We didn’t want a lot of store-bought stuff — we wanted to make it ourselves and add our personal touch to our wedding. The best part of the wedding day was having the pictures done. It felt like a great break for me and Terry between the ceremony and reception to relax. I loved having that alone time together to enjoy our new status as hubby and wife! The highlight of the entire process was having my family and friends involved in helping with the details for the day. Whether it was dress shopping or getting decorations together, both our families helped out in a huge way, and we can’t thank them enough for how amazing our day turned out!
